VEED.IO is an online video editing platform that makes creative videos easy and accessible to all. Our platform is used by millions of creators around the world who use our products to tell stories, create content, grow audiences and more (hey, you might even know some of them!).
Since we started VEED in 2018, we have grown much faster than we could have ever imagined. We are now one of the most popular video editing applications in the world. As our user base grows so does our talented team and we would love you to be part of that journey.
We love talking to our users and think it is the best way to get to know them. This is important because after all, they are the ones paying for it!
To date, this strategy has guided our entire product development and has served us extremely well….
That being said, as our customer base keeps growing it is becoming harder and harder to do this manually. Our ambition is to make data-driven decision making at the core of our culture as we move forward and we need your help to make this happen!
Good design is important not only to us but to our users as well. And of course, behind any well designed product or service is a talented group of people that makes the magic happen. Building powerful video editing tools in the browser that are extremely accessible is a huge technical challenge. We are an ambitious team and are constantly trying to push the boundaries of what was possible on the web. And this is exactly why we are always on the lookout for the most talented, creative and exciting teammates to join us!
Building a video editor that our users love, of course!
You will be primarily be working in Node JS on the API team (and C++ for video rendering if you are up for a challenge ;) ), to help us deliver more video editing features and integrations to our API customers. As an early-stage startup we are not extremely overbuilt and have a lot of greenfield space to explore, test new ideas and do research.
We are always open to new ideas as well! Is graphQL something we want to consider? Or maybe something needs automating? Kubernetes? A new pattern we should adopt? Tell us more! We love people who are curious and take initiative.
We are looking for someone who gets thrilled by the idea of solving deep technical problems, takes pride in their own work and likes to get creative to build innovative things. We really believe that best candidates typically don’t think of themselves as just engineers, but rather view themselves as makers. This means not being afraid of working on something you have never done before, have a broad set of skills you are always looking to expand and most importantly you thrive in an environment where there is lots of freedom.
We also know that not everyone fits into boxes and we are all always learning. However, here are a few things that we are looking for;
Building a simple online video editor isn’t always so simple, so you might work on WebGL, API, DevOps or Architecture stuff. You don't need to know it all, but someone who will is not scared of a challenge. Knowledge of C++ or video related code is a bonus, but not required.
Our entire team is remote (and always has been). We are happy as long as you’re happy. You will have the freedom and autonomy you need to make decisions and do your best work. Our team is smart, energetic, extremely talented and driven. We don’t take ourselves too seriously, but we all love what we do.
Work from home with your dog?
Work in a cafe?
Need a few days off?
Swap a weekday for a weekend?
Working a half-day?
All of the above is 100% good for us!
OH one more thing! We would really encourage applications from ALL candidates. Our team is diverse in every way possible and we want to keep it that way :)

Etsy is on the lookout for the next generation of technology leaders to take on projects that will impact millions of users globally. We have opportunities to join teams working on public-facing features as well as dev tools and core infrastructure.

Thanks for checking out our job description for a Backend Software Engineer at Impala. We felt a little bit impersonal just diving straight in with words like “revolutionising” and “disrupting”.
As such, we apologise in advance for any clichés, tropes or sudden-insecurity-driven-panic-attacks that you might find in the description below.
All that aside though, we’re pretty proud to be listed number 2 in London’s best startups to work at in 2021.
Covid-19 has forced almost every industry in the world to adjust in 2020, and none more so than the travel industry. It is however, an exciting time to be in Travel Tech, with endless opportunities opened up for innovation and forward-thinking that will help jump start the travel industry. Here at Impala, that’s our goal! Backed by some of Europe’s leading investors, we’re on the cusp of launching a product that will connect people and travel once again.
What is Impala?
If you’re keen to be on the frontline of creating never-before-seen travel technology and experiences, you belong at Impala.
At Impala we’re solving an exciting, complex problem that has held back the hotel industry, if not the entire travel industry, for 20 years.
Forget following emerging technology trends — we’re looking to SET them.
Impala is making the process of booking hotel rooms ridiculously easy. In short, we’re providing hotels with powerful data distribution infrastructure.
More practically, we’re making the world a better place for guests, hotels, and online travel agents of any size. Think Twilio for Travel.
We’re growing at - quite frankly - a ridiculous old clip, since closing our Series B round in early 2020.
We’re looking for self-motivated folks to expand our high-performance team. You’ll be a brilliant fit if you’re obsessed with self-development, Stripe-level quality & reliability, smashing targets, and moving at a red-hot pace (hello, start-up life!)
Where is Impala going?

What's this job all about? While our other metrics are all "up and to the right!" 🚀 , we take a careful, considered approach to hiring. We're a small development team of eight (six men, two women), in a company of 24, and we typically only hire twice a year.
Every person on the dev team has an outsized impact on the product—each feature is often the product of just one or two developers working together with a designer—and you can be one of them.
One week you might be finishing off the redesign of a feature for our creators, the next you might be optimizing a SQL query to keep our storefronts running smoothly. We plan about three months in advance, but we pivot rapidly so you shouldn't expect those plans to be set in stone.
Every developer on the team works on:
Shipping new features to help our creators' businesses thrive Polishing our existing features to improve our users' experience Writing tests and fixing bugs in our code Communicating their progress in regular Basecamp updates Reviewing pull requests from other team members Helping out our support team with customer issues during a regular week-long rotation Paying down technical debt to keeping the codebase shiny Deploying code to production, verifying it works as you expected, and taking a 24-hour on-call shift for when the worst happens (rarely! 🤞) You can expect to be working with:
Ruby on Rails 6.1 PostgreSQL Stimulus, StimulusReflex, CableReady, and React (in that order of most to least often) Webpacker, Bootstrap, ViewComponent, ES6, and yarn to manage our UI code. Sidekiq for background processing, including fun features like periodic jobs and batches Heroku for everything We also maintain integrations with many third-party APIs (PayPal, Stripe, Zapier and Drip, just to name a few) A codebase with 1:1.3 code-to-test ratio, with almost 10K examples, that runs on our CI system in four minutes You probably don’t know all these technologies inside out, and that’s okay! This is not a laundry list of requirements.
If you’re curious, you can read about Podia’s engineering culture and our current toolbox on our CTO’s blog.
If you’re the developer we’re looking for, you’ll already be familiar and confident with Rails, with two to three years experience, and we’ll help you level-up those skills, learn new technologies like StimulusReflex and ViewComponent, and practice them on a complex web application with plenty of new challenges.
You will be based in UTC to UTC-8 timezones to ensure a reasonable overlap with our current product team in Ireland, the US, Canada, and South America.
"Full-stack" is an over-used term so let’s put it this way: Rails is our home turf and you'll feel comfortable and productive writing Ruby, building new feature in Rails, writing views in ERB, and using ActiveRecord. In addition, you'll probably have a few special areas of expertise or interest. Perhaps you enjoy playing with AWS infrastructure and using Terraform; perhaps you enjoy refactoring and using design patterns to make cleaner software; or you have a flair for user experience design and an eye for detail.
Here's some skill gaps we have on the team which we'd like to fill in the short-term:
Some other things you should be comfortable with:
Communicating your progress clearly in Slack or Basecamp and highlighting blockers and risks early. Communication is a core competency ✍️ Collaborate with other team members either synchronously during an online pairing session (you can initially expect to be pairing for at least half your time) or asynchronously via pull requests 🍐 Working individually on solo projects without disappearing down a rabbit hole for days 🕳 Learning quickly, and developing confidently—because nothing is “someone else’s job” and there's always something new to learn 🦝 Lending a hand to your teammates (and customers) when the need arises. We’re tightly knit and supporting each other is a huge priority 🤝 Multiple competing (and sometimes shifting) priorities 😅 Staying calm under pressure. You remain cool even when Rollbar errors are pouring into Slack, background jobs clog up the Sidekiq queue, and the app grinds to a halt 🆘 Working remotely. Our team is spread across North America, South America, and Western Europe, and our headquarters is Slack 🌎 Benefits
Why work at Podia?
Ultimate flexibility. We try to have some overlap time every day, but outside of that work whenever & wherever you work best 🗺️ Extreme autonomy. No micro-managing here. You’ll be given high-level direction and then left to solve it the way you feel is best. 📚 That said, the rest of the team is always ready to lend a hand—or even an ear if you just need to rubber duck some ideas 💡 You get to work with a small, highly-talented team that has built—and continues to build—our product with care. We’re not one of those “hire all the devs!” organizations that tries to grow too quickly 🎨 Whether it’s fixes, small tweaks, or substantial features, we deploy often. There’s zero red tape to slow you down 🚀 You’ll be working with a diverse team from a range of countries and backgrounds. We work hard to make Podia an inclusive workplace for everyone 🌈 We have a rapidly growing base of passionate customers. Your work will be seen and appreciated by many people ❤️ Competitive compensation. We want to hire the best people, and we’re ready to pay for them. We use a standardized salary scale set at the 90th percentile of US salaries for each role—regardless of where you are in the world 💰 Great benefits including three weeks paid vacation (plus another week during the December holidays), sabbaticals every three years, professional development credit, paid family leave, a new laptop every three years, and more ☺️ (Paid for) annual retreats to spend time with the team and have fun together (or a still-pretty-great virtual retreat when there’s a global pandemic) ✈️ About the hiring process Interested in joining our team? Great!
Here's how the process will work: we'll begin reviewing applications on February 11th. There's no benefit to applying in the first five minutes, and we'd rather you take your time. We heavily weight the answers to our application form rather than data from LinkedIn or resumes. We typically reduce the candidate pool down to a small handful who move on to a small test project.
The project phase is a short do-at-home project (paid), run very much like a Podia development project with a GitHub repo, issues to resolve, and code delivered as pull requests. We typically allow a week for the completion of the project, but expect you’ll only need about four hours.
We review the test projects and select candidates to go on for interview. Typically candidates will have two technical interviews, one with our CTO and another with a senior developer lasting about 30-45 minutes each. There's no whiteboarding, stupid brain teasers, or algorithms to implement—just two people having a chat over Zoom about your experiences and approach to work.
The last interview will be with Spencer, our CEO, who can answer any questions you have about the broader goals and workings of the company.
After that, we'll decide on our final candidates and ask for professional references from both a previous co-worker and a manager. We'll reach out to those references to set up a brief 10 minute call.
Finally, all going well, we'll make a written offer to the successful candidate which can be signed electronically 🥳
We’re looking forward to chatting 🙂

You will help shape the product and the work you and your teammates will deliver by working alongside your stakeholders and our engineering leads.
Our engineers work in cross-functional crews typically comprising 7 to 8 people including product owners, designers and contributors who are empowered to meet their goals. We seek to give all our crews the resources and support they need with a minimum of constraints.
You have a delivery focussed mindset and make use of agile software development practices to ensure your crew’s success. We value collaboration, repeatability and continuous improvement.
We look for people who love to learn new things whilst using their existing skills and experience to enrich the engineering team.
More about what you’ll do: Contributing to the continued development of our codebase using a broad range of technologies across our entire stack by writing well formed and properly documented code. Adding to our culture of automated testing and specification, through well-designed strongly-typed interfaces, property testing or end-to-end integration and system tests. Helping us to improve our culture of automated testing and specification. Collaborating with your crew’s stakeholders and product managers to help shape the work that the crew undertakes. Working closely with non-technical crew members to focus on building systems that directly serve our customers and to ensure we are always building better things. Our engineers want to deliver the best possible solution they can and you will play a key role in ensuring our continued success in doing so.

Our existing systems make heavy use of Haskell, PureScript and Typescript, Bazel and Nix as well as PostgreSQL. We deploy and operate our software using Docker and Kubernetes in AWS.
We believe in learning and development Our engineers come from a number of backgrounds. We have self-taught team members working with graduates from universities and bootcamps alike. Some of us have worked in large corporations while some of us have only ever known startups. A portion of the team consistently enjoy full-stack work, others prefer to specialise in certain areas. While your role and crew might see you targeting certain areas of work, we see this only as a specialism. You can expect to be exposed to many other parts of our codebase and to learn about and participate in its development while growing your own fundamental engineering skills. From weekly talks and reading groups to sponsored meet-ups and conference attendance, we want to help take our engineers to the next level.

We are a young EdTech startup that evolved from a successful tutoring agency to use our methods to help tutors and teachers learn about their students on a deeper level.
By digitising a proven assessment methodology combined with a content matching algorithm, we are building a unique personalised teaching platform ensuring each child can reach their full learning potential.
* Wonders of Maths is an EdTech company revolutionising the personalised learning space. Over the past 5 years, we have established ourselves as a leading tutoring business, with our students achieving excellent rates of acceptance into the top London schools. Our personalised approach is driven by the idea that how a student learns is just as important as what they learn.
We are now using this experience to build the classroom of the future: A platform for educators consolidating all the tools they need to understand a child and tailor their teaching methods to each student. The core of this platform is a one hour behavioural and academic assessment which allows us to understand each child in a way that usually takes months. The assessment results are used to provide tutors and teachers all the tools they need to give each child a personalised learning experience. We want to achieve this while simultaneously creating tools that reduce the time overhead and technical knowledge required for tutors and teachers in a modern world. This will create an environment where we can help every child achieve their potential.
Having validated our idea, we have now joined the Founders Factory accelerator programme to further iterate and then scale. As part of the programme, we have access to expert guidance in a wide array of fields which has helped hundreds of startups scale their businesses.
Our team currently consists of a CEO, CTO, COO, product designer, admin assistant and a tech intern.
We pride ourselves on creating a fun and inclusive environment around learning. As a company built on the idea that anyone can achieve their potential, we are passionate about honing our skills and creating a path for the right person, not just the person with the right skillset. We’re a small but extremely driven team who cares about what we do, and equally, about each other.
That’s why our values are:
The student will always come first What we do, we do well Diversity in thought, unity in vision Teach what you know, learn what you don’t Data driven creativity The Role We are looking for a frontend developer to help accelerate the build of our MVP. It is impossible to define what the day to day of a startup will look like, but generally you will:
Create a beautiful and functional platform using React.js based on customer needs Provide continuous feedback on wireframes and designs Help craft the vision for the company through R&D Help mentor intern, graduate and junior developers when we hire them Inject energy and enthusiasm into a friendly and progressive team Help shape the future of a growing company. We’re a small team, and everyone's opinion matters The Stack We are using an extremely modern tech stack centered around Blitz JS. This is a framework which combines NextJS and Prisma ORM into a single, rails-like, full-stack project. This allows us to use Prisma to auto generate the majority of the backend, so we can focus on providing a high quality look and feel.
Other tools we use are:
Typescript PostgreSQL GraphQL AWS + Vercel Jest + React Testing Library Cypress The Requirements We want somebody who shows great passion, potential and a willingness to learn and grow with the team and company. We don't mind if you have a degree or are self-taught, have 10 years or 2 years of experience. Our only technical requirement is that you have enough React.js knowledge to be able to produce high quality clean code on a day-to-day basis without much support.
We are passionate about changing the tech industry for the better, so if you are from an underrepresented background then we would particularly love to hear from you. The Benefits We know that developers have the pick of the litter when it comes to job hunting and it is often hard to choose who to apply to, so here are a few reasons why we love working here:
The opportunity to make your mark on a growing company. We encourage everybody to pitch in with ideas and suggestions on the journey ahead. Autonomy to work on what you think is most important, in the way that you think is best. We trust everybody we hire to understand our goals and work on what is most important to achieve them. Get exposure to all aspects of the business. We are a small team and that means you have the opportunity to dip your toes into all aspects of the business, which is great for clearing your mind when there is a bug you just can’t crack. Amazing growth and personal development opportunities. We understand that everybody learns differently, so whether you want to go to a conference, workshop, meetup or just carve out some time to learn that new technology, we will find ways to support that. Private health insurance. We need everybody in tip-top condition to achieve our goals, so all full-time staff have access to our BUPA plan. *

We're looking to create the best possible developer experience so we need engineers who can not only use but improve on the framework.

Do you do your own dishes? We've got a job for you (and it's not dishwashing ;-) ).
Do you put them in the sink and expect someone else to do them? Move on, please.
Do you get pissed (in a professional way) when someone else leaves their dishes in the sink? Please apply!
TrainerRoad is looking to expand our engineering group. We're looking for smart software engineers who "get things done." They will be full-time employees of TrainerRoad and will join a cross-functional pod on an established remote team.
Areas of work include React, TypeScript, Electron, and React Native.
App Development We're recently re-written our mobile and desktop apps in React/RN with Typescript. It's a solid codebase (it can always be better) and we strive to add to it without making it exponentially more complicated.
Our goal of the re-write was to increase the speed of app development. We did this through hot module reloading, fast computers, a great build chain, automated testing, clear and well-defined issues, and a dedicated QA team that tests every PR.
We track what our users do, learn from that, and improve the product. We want this loop to be as quick as possible.
Our website is built in Angular 2+ and there's the opportunity to work on the web in Angular, although we will be migrating this to react in the future.
This job is primarily for React (on Electron or web) and React Native app development.
Engineering Principles we believe in Write good code, but not necessarily great code. Good code ships, great code gets "tinkered" with and debated about ad nauseam. Good code is understandable. We admit it, we've made things too complex in the past. We've had complex class hierarchies and really shown off our CS skills. Sure, there are fewer lines of code, but it takes someone a few days to figure out what's going on and it's easy to write bugs.
We believe in a few more lines of code for the sake of clarity and debugging ease.
Good code is testable, and we're pragmatic about testing. You don't get the same testing ROI for every line of code. We believe to test the areas that are most likely to break, are tricky, or are likely to be changed. We still run thousands of unit tests per build, but we're not testing 1+1 = 2. Quick builds will set you free! To be a successful engineer, you need to get into "flow" (more on that below) as often as you can. That's why we love hot module reloading. We want just enough process to be awesome, and nothing more. We have engineers review issues before a sprint for clarity and completeness. When they submit a PR there's always code review, UI/Unit tests run, then QA manually tests. For the web, we automatically push every PR that's merged into Master.
For the app, we do weekly releases where there's a final regression test with all merged PRs from the previous week.
Our process prevents bugs/regressions and ultimately saves a lot of time.
Long-running branches are the devil Oftentimes projects will take weeks/months before they are launched. Instead of experiencing a merge/testing hell at the end of the project, we encourage small PRs into master with a "feature flag" on the new project that allows employees to use the feature in production but not our users.
Cool Things We Do Every PR has a set of unit tests and automated UI tests run against it. Every PR is code reviewed. We have a dedicated QA team to manually check your PR (it requires four testers to sign off). Every web PR that is approved is automatically deployed (CI). We've got a beta system that has a flow of production data that helps you develop and test your code without worry of breaking things. Everything is hosted on Azure. There's plenty of dev/beta/test servers and databases to use. We are organized into cross-functional pods of 6-10 people with their own Product Manager. They work on a feature across platforms. We run two-week sprints. The web/app team reviews, estimates, and discusses all sprint issues before they are free to be worked on. We often pair-program. Our engineering, marketing, and design team are remote. We have a skilled design team that handles the HTML/LESS for the apps and websites. Who We're Looking For We want smart engineers who get shit done! Not only do you have to be smart, but you also have to be pragmatic.
Let's say you need to paint a room white.
Smart and Pragmatic Engineer: A pragmatic engineer fills up a sprayer (rather than use a paintbrush), gets to work, and makes sure they don't paint themselves into a corner.
Smart Engineer (but not pragmatic): A smart engineer who's not pragmatic might design a system to change the color of the room in just 30 seconds. Sure, it would take 2 months to build the system but we could change colors so quickly! It's totally optimized for repainting!
If the second example sounds like you, please do not apply. We know it's fun to go hog wild in projects but we need to "get shit done". There's a whole line of other engineers and designers waiting for that room to get painted so they can do their own work on it.
We're a Team, Not a Family It sounds harsh to say, but we're not a Family. I know lots of businesses call themselves a family, but I think it's BS. If you get drunk at work and yell at someone, we're going to let you go (although we would give Grandma a pass at Thanksgiving).
It's better to think of TrainerRoad like a sports team. Everyone has their role and their jobs. It's our jobs as managers to bring new hires up to speed, train them in our system, and coach them to be successful.
If someone is not performing, we need to talk to them, coach them, find out what's going wrong and where we can improve. If someone just can't perform to the standard level of the team and we can't coach them to get better, we have to let that person go.
Another clear sign that you have a high-performance team is that if everyone would "enthusiastically rehire" each other for their current roles. It really makes work wonderful when you respect, trust, and value your co-workers.
Required Technology Experience React Redux/Mobx Typescript Git Web Application Experience (interactive web pages)
Optional Technology Experience React Native Electron Native iOS/Android Angular C# (We use this on our web backend)
Work Remote or in Reno, Nevada
We're looking for the best candidate we can find. Don't let a little thing like geography get in the way. Over half of our development team works remotely. It works very well with the help of Slack, Screen Hero, and Github.
We expect remote employees to overlap at least 6 hours with the Reno, Nevada office (we're there 8am-5pm Pacific time).
Salary We're looking to hire engineers at 110k per year. We can tie that to USD or your local currancy (your choice).
Perks Unlimited Vacation Flexible schedule Fast computers Access to the latest fitness devices (power meters, trainers, sensors, etc.) Co-workers you can learn from Your Resume should have: Links to any open source projects you've contributed to (not required) Github/StackOverflow username if you'd like Examples of experience in the "Optional Technology Experience" area Your Cover Letter should have: Let us know why you want to work for TrainerRoad We also Require The best engineers only want to work with other great engineers. We've found that the best way to find great engineers is to have them code, not just answer trivia questions during an interview.
That's why we require applications to do a refactoring exercise as part of their job submission. The right candidate won't find this a pain in the ass; it should be enjoyable.
This also weeds out the vast majority of candidates who just fire off resumes everywhere.
You can find the refactoring exercise here: https://github.com/trainerroad/RefactoringChallenge
It has a README.md with instructions.
Excited about our Company? In your application let us know why you want to work with us and why you think you'd be a good fit for our company.
Do I have to be a cyclist to apply? Nope! Not everyone in the company is a cyclist. It helps if you're an active racer but it's not required. If you are a racer or TrainerRoad user, let us know!
What's unlimited vacation mean? The CEO of TrainerRoad used to be an engineer at a Fortune 500 company where life was a grind. We believe employees put out their best work when they are happy and not burnt out.
If your brain just isn't working at 6 pm, we encourage employees to go home and rest up. It does no one any good to sit and stare at the computer screen for another two hours. We don't track that time.
Employees generally shoot for around four weeks of REAL vacation time (no slack checking) but some take more, and some take less. The thing we care about is how productive you can be and how much value you can add to the company. The bottom line, we want people who are passionate and get things done. If you meet those requirements, everything else works itself out.
That being said, if you end up taking massive amounts of vacation, come in late, leave early, and aren't producing outstanding work we're going to have a problem.
How do you work? We're big believers in Deep Work and Flow. If you're not turning off Slack (snooze), going DND on your phone, and shutting off the world for multiple hours a day you're probably not being as productive as you could be. The idea is a developer should be able to work on a chunk of work that they understand distraction-free for multiple hours totally. This is the only way the company moves forward.
Development uses Github with a strict pull request process. We test, comment, refactor, and improve each other's pull requests.
We have a QA team (we call them the Test Team) that checks every PR and does full regression checks for each App release, and we're continually getting more automated.
We have an Automation Team that only focuses on writing UI tests to speed up testing and find bugs faster.
We can one-click deploy our app on Alpha, Beta, and Production channels.
We can one-click deploy our website to Azure (includes smoke tests and warm-up).
We have nightly builds that deploy to Test Flight and Google Play.
We often pair program via Slack.
We work off bi-weekly sprint issue lists on Github.
Developers get super-fast machines and awesome equipment. If it's going to let you be more productive, we want to spend the money on it.
You didn't ask about education, what's required? Please put your education on your resume, but we're not going to reject someone because they don't have a degree in Computer Science. We understand that some of the best and most passionate engineers are self-taught.
How long until I hear a response from you guys? What's the process? If you don't follow directions in this job posting, you'll be immediately rejected.
If you did follow directions, our goal is to review your refactoring within a week of submitting your application. All refactoring reviews are done "blind"; meaning the reviewer doesn't know your name, resume, or where you're from. Code is code, and it should be reviewed that way without bias.
If we like your refactoring, we'll have you do a coding logic quiz. Nothing super in-depth CS wise. We've found that the candidates who do the best on these exercises are very successful at TrainerRoad.
We'll take the top combined refactoring and coding quiz results and set you up for a team interview.
If the team likes you; we'll then set up a pair programming session with you and an engineer. We'll give you a tour of our codebase and work on a real issue. This gives you a chance to run away from our codebase screaming and also demonstrate that you can communicate with us.
If all of the above is good, you're hired!
I know this sounds like a lot of hoops to jump through, but it works so so well! Once you're on board, you'll love that everyone else went through the same process and is up to "your level" in terms of "get-shit-doneness".
What's with the dishes analogy? Doing your own dishes is a GREAT analogy for our culture. Don't leave shit around for someone else to clean up. Do your own dishes. Do you see someone making a mess? Let's discuss it (in a productive manner) so that we can nip that behavior in the bud.
We know we're really doing well when someone points out a manager not "doing their dishes" or causing an extra headache for a process that doesn't add value (it happens). Seriously, we need employees to call managers out on this. I'm the CEO writing this; please oh please tell me if I'm messing up or not walking the talk.
This is the longest job posting ever, when does it end?
Right now! Congrats if you made it this far! We look forward to looking at your resume and refactoring exercise.
